A K-8 charter school located in a distressed zip code in Detroit was selected. This initiative was funded by Heritage Optical, Heritage Vision Plans and Essilor. Again, parental consent was required, as well as parents agreeing to make appointments to transport their child to a designated Heritage Optical retail location.
